SHIPPING
Orders are handled from Monday to Saturday until 5pm ET. Shipments will go out within 24 hours, except during store closures, holidays, and for orders requiring verification. If you place an order after weekday hours or on non-business days, it will be promptly processed on the next business day. Although instances of service delays and extended processing times are infrequent, they can still occur.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We offer international shipping through USPS, DHL, and UPS based on the destination. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout using discounted carrier rates, allowing us to pass on savings to our customers.
Please be aware that VAT/Duties/Customs charges are not included in the displayed prices and are not collected during the order processing on our web store. International shipments may incur customs or duties charges, which vary by country and must be paid by the package recipient. Customs processing time and delays are not Quattro Tizi's responsibility and depend on the policies of the destination country. The purchasing customer bears full responsibility for all associated costs if the purchaser refuses to accept an international shipment.
