Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns to 946 Grady Avenue, Charlottesville, VA 22903. For items exceeding $75 in value, it's advisable to use a trackable shipping service or opt for shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method for items returned within 30 days of purchase. Beyond the 30 days, a store credit will be issued up to 90 days from purchase.
Please allow 1-2 business days for the processing of returns from the date of receipt. Please note that your banking institution may require an additional 3-5 days to complete the refund transaction.

SHIPPING

Orders are handled from Monday to Saturday until 5pm ET. Shipments will go out within 24 hours, except during store closures, holidays, and for orders requiring verification.
