Acknowledging that not every item is an ideal match, products with intact tags in their original, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed state are eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns to 946 Grady Avenue, Charlottesville, VA 22903. For items exceeding $75 in value, it's advisable to use a trackable shipping service or opt for shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method for items returned within 30 days of purchase. Beyond the 30 days, a store credit will be issued up to 90 days from purchase.
Please allow 1-2 business days for the processing of returns from the date of receipt. Please note that your banking institution may require an additional 3-5 days to complete the refund transaction.

SHIPPING

Orders are handled from Monday to Saturday until 5pm ET. Shipments will go out within 24 hours, except during store closures, holidays, and for orders requiring verification. If you place an order after weekday hours or on non-business days, it will be promptly processed on the next business day. Although instances of service delays and extended processing times are infrequent, they can still occur.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

We offer international shipping through USPS, DHL, and UPS based on the destination. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout using discounted carrier rates, allowing us to pass on savings to our customers.

Please be aware that VAT/Duties/Customs charges are not included in the displayed prices and are not collected during the order processing on our web store. International shipments may incur customs or duties charges, which vary by country and must be paid by the package recipient. Customs processing time and delays are not Quattro Tizi's responsibility and depend on the policies of the destination country.
